Donetsk Governor Pavlo Kirilenko said on Friday that Ukrainian authorities had discovered a mass grave after liberating the eastern town of Lyman from Russian forces.

In an online post, Kirilenko added that it was not clear how many bodies were in the cemetery.

On the other hand, the Ukrainian news agency quoted a senior police officer as saying that there are 180 bodies in the cemetery.

On Saturday, Ukrainian forces recaptured Lyman from Russian forces.
